Our team is lead by the award-winning sister duo Terri Willoughby and Jamie King. These two incredible women have more than twenty years of experience each, and they are both constantly evolving with new education from world-renowned stylists around Australia.

Jamie and Terri are both awesome - friendly and chatty (we solved at least half of the world's problems during my appointment), and supremely talented to boot.

Cannot recommend highly enough! These women seriously understand hair and their clients needs. I have very difficult to manage, porous hair. It’s hard to make it look good, it these ladies can! I normally don’t have much faith in salon products (my hair just doesn’t respond) but I love the R & Co products and the Bel Air shampoo and conditioner is the only product I’ve found to make my porous hair feel soft.
